Prime bike Battery won’t charge

Have tested both battery and charger with a multimeter with good readings on both. Tried charging the battery both off and on the bike at different outlets. Fuse in battery looks OK too. Any ideas on other options I can try? Would like to be able to ride my bike.

Car mount

Does anyone have any good recommendations to mount the bike to the car? I don’t have a trailer hitch so I’m trying to work around that if I can, but if not, I’ll buy a trailer hitch and get the proper amount.
